5 HT3 antagonists
5-HT3 antagonists are antiemetics used mainly in the management of chemotherapy-related nausea. They mainly act in the chemoreceptor trigger zone area of the medulla oblongata.

Adverse effects
- prolonged QT interval
- constipation is common
