Project To-Do List

Aditya's Tasks

  • Keep your Mac at home connected to power and enable remote access
  • Install Rust and Docker on your Mac
  • Share credentials for Venkata Lakshmi to access your Mac
  • Correct the notes to max of 3 levels (nested folders limit)
  • Clean up folder structure in subfolders - decide what you need, don't need, and what is good to have
  • Share your Obsidian vault with Venkata Lakshmi
  • Share your folder of PDFs with Venkata Lakshmi
  • Take all markdowns that Venkata Lakshmi creates from PDFs and add them into a folder
  • After adding markdowns, freeze adding new files (no more markdown additions - only remove or correct)

Venkata Lakshmi's Tasks

  • Make a copy of Aditya's Obsidian vault. Shared on google drive
  • Find the folder that contains all the subfolders from the screenshot I shared in the whatsapp channel in the vault, then make a copy of this. This will be the final folder that will go into the production blog.
  • Use the second script shared in group chat to keep images in the same folder and update all links to images
  • Use markitdown and the Python script shared in the group to do batch conversion of Aditya's PDF folder

Sarath's Tasks

  • Export notes as markdowns without hashes or remove the hashes (Sarath Notes are full of hashes)

Project Guidelines

  • Folder Structure: Nested folders limited to max 3 levels
  • Version Control: Final version will be frozen - only removal or corrections allowed, no new markdown additions
  • Workflow: PDF → Markdown conversion → Obsidian vault integration → Final cleanup and organization
